About Juan Carlos Tacachira T.

General Accountant and Financial Auditor, graduated from the Institute of Banking Education and the Central University respectively. Member of the National Institute of Public Accountants of Colombia (INCP) with resolution No. 24956 dated 12/30/2015; member of the Institute of Auditors or Public Accountants of Bolivia (CAUB), Institute of Auditors and / or Public Accountants of La Paz (CAULP), Institute of Accountants of Bolivia (CCB) and Institute of Accountants of La Paz (CCLP).

Certified Professional in International Financial Reporting Standards (Full IFRS) and International Auditing Standards (NIA) under the IDB-MIF agreement of the CAUB; and International Financial Reporting Standards for SMEs issued by the Inter-American Accounting Association (AIC).

He has postgraduate studies in International Financial Reporting Standards – Full IFRS (UPB); IFRS for SMEs and NIA for the assurance of Financial Information (UNICATALUNYA – Colombia), Higher Education (UNIVALLE), Accounting Management (UDABOL), and Master in Tax Law and Tax Procedural Law (Universidad Andina Simón Bolivar- UASB).

In his more than 25 years of professional practice, he has held executive and operational positions in important national and transnational companies in the industrial, commercial and services sector.

In the specific field of consulting, he was a partner of BDO for his Firm in Bolivia, he has been a partner for the representations of the ANTEA Alliance of Independent Firms, UHY International, having also been part of the staff of professionals of Firms such as Berthin Amengual & Asociados working under the representations Ernst & Young and PKF ;, Accounting Consulting Group SRL, Outsourcing Consultoria Empresarial SRL, and Alcazar & Morales Auditores y Consultores SRL.

Currently, he is a member of the Quality Control Commission of the Inter-American Accounting Association (AIC), has been a member of the Accounting and Auditing Technical Council of the Institute of Accountants of La Paz, and has served as Training Secretary of the Institute of Auditors and / or Public Accountants of La Paz (CAULP).

In the same way, he has worked as a teacher at the undergraduate level at the Central University (La Paz Sub-headquarters); and as a postgraduate professor at the University of Aquino Bolivia (La Paz Sub-headquarters) and Universidad Mayor de San Simón (Cochabamba) as part of the Postgraduate in International Financial Reporting Standards (1st, 2nd and 3rd Version).
